Appointments
Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time or even a little early to ensure your services run as smoothly as possible. Enjoy a beverage, look through some of our styling portfolios, latest fashion, wellness and fitness magazines or browse through our retail area. Adjust to the atmosphere and enjoy the experience!!
As much as we would like, we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. We will try our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled or possibly abbreviate the intended service.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment so that we can accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service.
For services that require extra time, we will need a credit card to reserve your appointment. Should you have to cancel your appointment last minute; a 50% fee of the missed service will be charged.
Children
We love children! However, we are concerned for their safety while they are in our salon. We kindly ask that if you bring a child that is not getting a service, please make sure they are well behaved. We are committed to providing a relaxing and stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests. Thank you for your cooperation!!
Retail Policy
Products may be returned within 1 week of purchase for an exchange of a more suitable product. Our team will help you determine what product will be best for you!
